Alanya HEP University Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Durun Öner, General Secretary of Alanya HEP University and head of Department of Communication Design and Management Dr. Lecturer Murat Ertan Doğan, head of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department Dr. Faculty Member Zelal Polat, Head Of Department Of Tourism Management Dr. The staff of the Office of international relations and a faculty member Nihan Sidar Alanya, Alanya Tourism Operators Association at the meeting of the university always (ALTID) Ventspils tehnikums, Latvia with the support of knowledge between the University and the Association of hoteliers and restaurateurs, held discussions on student and staff exchanges.

The first steps were taken to establish cooperation between Alanya Hamdullah Emin Paşa University and Ventspils Tehnikums University and the importance of increasing and improving the practical education of university students and to expand the cooperation between the sector and the University were shared. After the meeting, our guests visited the kitchens and laboratories of the Department of Gastronomy and culinary arts of Alanya HEP University. Very impressed by the advanced technology and equipment of our laboratory, our guests left our university, stressing the importance of cooperation between the two countries.
