About Us The International Relations Office supports Alanya University’s internationalization objectives by coordinating international cooperation, academic mobility, and services for international students. The Office works with academic and administrative units to strengthen the University’s engagement with higher education institutions and organisations in Europe and worldwide.
All activities concerning international cooperation, mobility, and student services are carried out in accordance with the university's approved organizational chart and official staff assignments. Accordingly, the Office comprises two functional units: International Students and Erasmus+ & European Solidarity Corps. Under the coordination of the International Relations Office Coordinator, these units carry out their respective responsibilities in cooperation with relevant university departments.
Our Responsibilities

International cooperation: Develop and maintain institutional partnerships, coordinate cooperation agreements, and support joint academic initiatives.

Academic mobility: Coordinate incoming and outgoing student and staff mobility, including study, traineeship, teaching, and training opportunities under Erasmus+.

International student services: Coordinate international recruitment and admissions processes and provide guidance on registration, orientation, residence procedures, and access to university services.

Volunteering and intercultural engagement: Support European Solidarity Corps (ESC) activities and initiatives that encourage intercultural understanding and participation in university and community life.

International events: Coordinate International Week, partner visits, and related activities that strengthen academic exchange and institutional cooperation.

International representation: Support the University’s participation in international networks, forums, and events, and promote its academic programmes and cooperation opportunities abroad.

Quality and continuous improvement: Contribute to institutional quality assurance by monitoring international activities, gathering stakeholder feedback, and supporting improvements in internationalisation processes.
Through these responsibilities and official task distributions, the Office seeks to expand international opportunities for students and staff, support an inclusive academic environment, and develop sustainable institutional partnerships.
